Privacy Policy

Depending on the features you use, Savia may collect or process the following information:

• Account and profile information, such as your name, username, user ID, profile photo, selected plan, level and badges.
• Health and nutrition information, such as calorie and macro targets, food diary entries, meals, water intake, weight, workouts, steps, sleep, recovery and strain information you provide or choose to connect.
• Photos and user content, including meal photos, progress photos, community content, coach-created meals, ingredients and information you intentionally share.
• Community and coaching activity, such as memberships, invitations, friendships, assigned meals and confirmations that a meal was eaten.

We use information only to operate and improve Savia, including to:

• create and maintain your account and profile;
• calculate and display nutrition targets and daily progress;
• sync the diary, coaching plan and community features you choose;
• process meal photos and return nutrition estimates when requested;
• protect the service, prevent misuse and resolve support requests; and
• maintain reliability and improve features.

We do not use personal or health information for third-party advertising, cross-app tracking or data-broker activity.

We may use trusted providers to run Savia, such as cloud hosting and storage services. When you request AI meal analysis, the selected image may be securely processed by an AI service only to return the requested result. These providers may process information only to provide their services to us and must protect it appropriately.

Information you choose to share in a community or with a connected coach will be visible to the people you select. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Health connections are optional. If you connect Apple Health, HealthKit, WHOOP or another supported service, Savia accesses only the categories you authorize. You can change or withdraw those permissions in the relevant device or service settings.

Health information is used to provide Savia's health, fitness, nutrition, progress and coaching features. It is not sold, used for advertising or shared with data brokers. Savia provides general wellness information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

You can control your information by:

• editing profile information and optional permissions;
• disconnecting health services;
• removing content you have shared where the feature allows it; and
• requesting access, correction or deletion of your account data.

To make a privacy or deletion request, email us from the address connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide Savia, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. Retention can vary by data type. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and protect access to your device.

Savia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as Savia evolves. We will publish the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide an additional notice in the app or through another appropriate channel.
